Please accept my condolences on your loss. I am a friend of the Kinney boys and also the lobster fisher-helper-son for the late Joe Carter from Hadleyville. When Danny came with his brother to fish the mainland waters around Cape Argos (Red Head) where my Dad and I fished, we saw each other most days on the water. Class B fishers and their helpers are a disappearing breed, and their numbers continue to fade. I was lucky to sail on the same waters as Danny and to help pull traps from the same sea in the day. I pray that you all will be able to gather together and to celebrate the memories you all share of him and to see him off on his next voyage. The seas are emptier with his passing. May he rest in peace. God bless.

I am so sorry for your loss. I can remember Mr. O'Toole from when my parents (Bill & Lil Matheson) rented a home from him in Point Tupper. He was always very kind and I remember at Christmas he always gave them a month's free rent. He touched a lot of lives and he was a very kind man.
