Obituary of William Anthony Pius George

George, William Anthony Pius - Glenkeen, Guys Co.  age 28.  Passed away after a tragic accident on Thursday, October 3, 2024.

Born in Antigonish, William was a son of Anthony and Christina (England) George.  He worked as a lobster fisherman and did mechanical work on the side. 

Besides his parents he leaves to mourn his loss, his children, Skylar Collins and Micah Carter; sisters, Shaelynne (Keaton) Guy and their children, Hayden, Aubrey, Amelia, Violet and Jensen, British Columbia; Jewleye George, at home; half -sister, Amanda George.

William will be missed greatly by his many friends and family members. 

Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Saturday, October 12, 2024 in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Guysborough.  Funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. Sunday, October 13 in Boylston United Church with Rev. Heather Manuel officiating. Burial to follow in Boylston United Church Cemetery. 

Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
