We are saddened to announce the unexpected death of Lloyd Whitney Worth, 79 of Horton's Cove, Guysborough County,  which occurred on May 12 at home.  Lloyd was born on Nov 6, 1944, in Guysborough, to Catherine(Cassie)(Williams) and Murray Worth. He is survived by sons Douglas (Amanda), Horton's Cove and Richard (Deanie), Martinique, Cape Breton; granddaughters, Shelley, Guysborough; Lisa (Justin), Alabama, USA; and Meagan (Jordan), Antigonish; sisters, Shirley Worth, Marie Worth, and Marilyn (Robert)MacKinnon; sister-in-law, Joan Worth; many nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents he was predeceased by sisters, Joan, Marjorie, Virginia, and Theresa; brothers, Wesley, George, Elton, Lawrence, and Robert (Bobby) As per Lloyd's request, cremation has taken place, and there will be no visitation or service.
