Lucas, Alice Louise – Age 71 years, Sunnyville, Guysborough Co. It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Alice Lucas on Friday, April 19, 2024 in Guysborough Memorial Hospital. Born on November 28, 1952 she was a daughter of the late Dorothy Lucas and Raymond Mansfield.

Alice leaves to mourn her loss her common-law husband, Michael Frazier; her daughter, Cynthia, Toronto, ON; son, Tony, (Amanda), Greenwood, NS, siblings, Geraldine, Judy (Bernard-deceased), both of Sunnyville; Beverly (Roy), Roxanne (Richard-deceased), and Bruce (Jo-Anne-deceased) all of Toronto; Debbie, Patricia, Brenda, Diane all of Halifax; Peter and Raymond both of Montreal; James- deceased; grandchildren, Joshua, Julian, Tiauna, Tyra, Sunny, Legend.

Alice enjoyed cooking, fishing and being with her family and friends.

There will be no visitation.  Funeral service will take place at 11 a.m.  on Friday, July 26, 2024 in Wesley United Church, Guysborough with Rev. Heather Manuel officiating. Burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Guysborough. Memorial donations may be made in memory of Alice to a charity of your choice.
