William “Jerome” Keefe

Passed away at home in Little Dover on Saturday, October 28, 2023. Jerome was born in Little Dover, Guysborough County, he was a son of the late Joseph and Mary (Haines) Keefe. Jerome retired from the fish plant where he worked as a cutter.


Surviving is his wife, Ruth (Haines) Keefe; sons, Paul and Gary (Shirley) both of Little Dover; Peter (Cheryl), Fox Island; grandsons, Dakota and Dalton, Little Dover; step-granddaughter, Courtney, Fort McMurray; sister, Paula, Little Dover; sisters-in-law, Tena Keefe and Judy Fanning, Little Dover and Lillian Armsworthy, Canso; and many nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by sisters, Marion Myatt and Fran Keefe; brothers, Gabe, Clarence and John; his in-laws, John and Mona (Casey) Haines.


By request there will be no visitation or service at this time. Burial at a later date. Donations in memory of Jerome may be made to St. Agnes Cemetery Fund, Little Dover.
