Obituary of Roy Alexander Einarson

EINARSON, Roy Alexander - Age 83, Mulgrave, Guysborough Co. It is with heavy hearts we share the passing of our brother, Roy Alexander Einarson on Monday, October 16, 2023, in the QEII Infirmary Site, Halifax. He is survived by sisters, Joan (Jack) Griffin, Howie Centre; Emma (Robert) Comeau, Eastern Passage. Also survived by sister-in-law, Alice Einarson, Marshy Hope; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Einar and Kay Einarson; brothers, Earl, George and Norman.

Roy (AKA Sandy to family) taught school and Driver's Ed for many years before he retired and moved to Nova Scotia. He was a member of Trinity United Church, Mulgrave.

Cremation has taken place. Funeral service will take place on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 2 p.m. from Trinity United Church, Mulgrave with Rev. Heather Manuel officiating. Burial will follow in Trinity United Church Cemetery, Mulgrave. If wished, donations may be made to Trinity United Church, Mulgrave or to a charity of one's choice.
