We were so sorry to hear of the loss of Walter. Our love & condolences to Joan & family.
We'll always remember Walters laugh and his love of playing his accordion and his waves, driving by. He lit up when talking about Joan and his kids & grandkids. We're very grateful to have had Walter in our lives, if only for a short time. We'll miss him everyday.

You can see my true love for my papa in these pictures and I'm so sad that he's gone but I know that he will be watching and protecting me by the stars and the moon that I see every night. Every time I look at these pictures a little smile appears on my face and I remember the amazing memories we have and I'll never forget you. There will always be a special spot in my heart for you

I was very saddened to learn that your dear Walter had passed away. I got to know him when I sometimes played the organ at St. Andrew's. His beautiful obituary described the man I knew, and I know he will be greatly missed , not just by you, his family and church family, but by the entire community of Mulgrave. When I hear a church bell ring, I will think of Walter. God bless you all.

My deepest heartfelt condolences to Joanie and all the Crant Family. May you all keep your memories of Walter in your hearts forever. He will be missed by many. May he actually rest in peace now and watch over you all from heaven.
Walter was an amazing man, every time I seen him he was working hard at something or helping an organization or someone out. The last time I seen him in 2021 when I was home from Alberta, he was at the church basement working on something. He never stopped giving back to his community and family. We could all learn something from this great man!
Much love and big hugs to you all,
Janet (Jan) Morris

Dear Joanie and family:
I echo my sister’s sentiments, Walter was kindness personified. He “always” played Mom’s favourite song “Maple Sugar” on his many visits to Milford Haven, taking the time to have a brief conversation with her and a quick hug. Sincere condolences to you all. Lorraine Hadley, Dartmouth NS
