Emmanuel was a very nice man one I will never forget if there was one big dedicated liberal in Richmond County it was him I first met him when I worked as a dockside fishery’s observer and then when Michel Samson ran in province politics he became a very good friend and we worked on a lot of campaigns togather I will never forget this man he always made me feel like family to him one day we hopefully meet again and I will cherish the memories of this amazeing man forever and he will be our gardian liberal supporter forever rest in peace my buddy and have a drink for us in heaven
