I'm so sorry to hear of Donald's passing.My mother in-law was in Melford Haven as well.Norma passed away on January 14th.I had the honor of meeting him through my visits.Music therapy was always a delightful day.God bless you all and may he rest in peace❤️ Louise Bissonnette

Dear Phyllis and Family; We are very sorry to hear of Donald’s passing and wish we were there to give you a hug or make you some soup. Despite his illness, Donald lived his life as full as he could and as long as he could - would be fun to know the number of trips he made to Canso after moving home. May he rest in peace and may God bless each of you with His Peace and comfort.

Sincere condolences to you Phyllis and your family. Donald was a nice man, I remembered him coming to visit his sister in law( G.H ).He was faithful to visit and often inquired about her granddaughter Amanda.He has always had a smile on and we often joked about cashing in his gold tooth to go on a trip.He was a great sport and a big loss to the MH family.

I remember visiting Donald and Phyllis in Powell River,spring of 2000They were wonderful hostsThe day we left Donald came right on the ferry to see us off, Angus and I appreciated then how much he had enjoyed the visit .
