MATTHEWS, Harold - 51, Cleveland, Richmond Co., passed away at home on Wednesday, February 11, 2004. Born in Arichat, Richmond Co., he was a son of Ida (LeLacheur) Matthews and the late Thomas W. Matthews. He was a mechanic and an adherent of the The United Church of Canada. Surviving are sisters, Ida Jean Allen and Mary Ann Matthews, both of Cleveland, Richmond Co.; Marilyn Diane (John MacIsaac), Troy; brothers, Wilbert (Anna), Norman, Bernard, Wayne and Perry, all of Cleveland, Richmond Co.; Robert (Joan)and Hugh, both of Fort McMurray, Alta; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sister, Catherine. No visitation by request. Funeral service 11 a.m. Saturday in West Bay United Church, Rev. Fran Six officiating. Burial at a later date.
