He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 53 years, Jean ( Adams ) Smith; daughter, Linda MacDonald, Mabou; son, Wayne, Hillsborough; and granddaughters, Barbara (Quinn) MacDonald; Cynthia Smith; Tabitha MacDonald and Amber MacDonald; a sister, Maude McKinnon, Port Hastings. He was predeceased by brothers, Roy and Murray. In his early years, he attended Jubilee United Church, Port Hood Island and St. Stephen's United Church, Port Hood.
