RYAN, Margaret Elizabeth - 89, Port Hawkesbury, most recently residing with her daughter, Therese 'Tracy' and son-in-law, David Orsin, Sydney, died Saturday, August 21, 2004, in Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney. Born in Point Tupper, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Anne (Ryan) Warner. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph's Parish, Port Hawkesbury. She is survived by daughters, Therese 'Tracy' (David) Orsin, Sydney; Betty (Bruce) Forcey, Edmonton, Alta.; sons, Leonard, Charlottetown, P.E.I.; Gerard (Janet), Tantallon, Sask.; Michael (Jacquie), Rockglen, Sask.; brother, Robert (Stella), Port Hawkesbury; 18 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one great great-grandson. She was predeceased by her husband, Leonard; son, Martin; three children in infancy; brothers, Tom, George, Edward, Norman, Patrick; sister, Alice. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. today, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Port Hawkesbury. Funeral mass will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Father Bill Crispo officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery.
