POWER, Miriam Clarissa Agnes - 92, Mulgrave, died Monday, July 10, 2006, in Milford Haven Home for Special Care, Guysborough. Born in Mulgrave she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Ethel (Crispo) Moore.
Miriam was a retired MT&T telephone operator. She was a member of St. Lawrence Parish, Mulgrave and the Memory Lane Club. Miriam was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank; brothers, James and Daniel; sister, Irene Ryan.
Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today in Mulgrave and Area Resting Place. Funeral mass will be held 11 a.m. Thursday in St. Lawrence Roman Catholic Church, with Father Jude Nzekwe officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery. Donations in memory of Miriam may be made to Mulgrave and Area Resting Place. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Port Hawkesbury. Words of comfort may be forwarded to the family at: www.haverstocks.com
