MacLean, Christine "Dadie" age 86 years of Marble Mountain, Inverness Co., Cape Breton. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Christine "Dadie" MacLean which occurred on Sunday, June 19, 2016 in Milford Haven Home for Special Care, Guysborough. She passed away peacefully with her children at her side. Born in Marble Mountain, she was a daughter of the late Simon and Sadie (O’Hanley) MacEachern. Mom loved her animals, loved to listen to music, read and cross-stitch. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her. She is survived by her children, Donnie (Gail) MacLean; Buddy (Darlene) MacLean; Cindy (Kenny) MacLean; Dougie (Joy) MacLean; Darlene (Danny) Stoddard; Jimmy (Linda) MacLean; Wayne (Velvet) MacLean; Stephen (aka Beaver) MacLean; Donalda (Roy) MacLean and John A. MacLean; her 15 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, William A. "Bill" MacLean; her daughter, Lorraine (MacNamara) MacLean; her son, Billy and an infant daughter. There will be a private family service.
