George Wilbur Reddick Obituary

REDDICK, George Wilbur - 95, of Lincolnville died Sunday, January 1, 2006, in Guysborough Memorial Hospital. Born in Lincolnville, Guysborough Co., he was a son of the late Hurbert and Mary Jane (Borden) Reddick. George was a retired labourer and an adherent of the Tracadie United Baptist Church. He is the last surviving member of his immediate family. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers, Samuel, Frank, Herbert, James, Ernest, and Goldie; sisters, Susan, Bertha, and one in infancy. Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today in Tracadie United Baptist Church from where funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Rev. David Wheeler officiating. Burial in Sunnyview Cemetery. Donations in memory of George may be made to Tracadie United Baptist Church or Guysborough Memorial Hospital Palliative Care.
