Johnson, Helen Munro—85, Fox Island formerly of Alberta died Tuesday, October 31, 2006 in the Eastern Memorial Hospital, Canso. Born in Granum, Alberta, she was the daughter of the late William Gardiner and Jessie Munro. She is survived by companion Keith Spear; daughter Sharon (Arthur) Lowe, Vancouver Island, B.C.; brother William Gardiner, Merritt, B.C.; Five grandchildren, one great grandchild She is predeceased by daughters Ava and Pat .
Visitation will be 12-2pm Saturday with a funeral at 2:30 pm all in the Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Canso, Rev. David Wheeler Officiating. Burial in the Fourth Hill Cemetery. Donation can be made to SPCA. Words of comfort may be forward to the family at: www.haverstocks.com
