LEITE (HENDSBEE), Judith Lynn -67, of Half Island Cove, Guysborough Co., went home to be with her Lord, on Monday, January 26, 2015, in the QEII Halifax Infirmary. Born in Whitehead, she was a daughter of the late Huntley and Amelia (Brokredy) Hendsbee. She was an active member of the Independent Baptist Church in Half Island Cove. Surviving are her daughters, Angie Center, Salisbury NH, USA; Amy Smith, Brampton, Ont; brothers, Bruce, Florida; Wayne, Antigonish; sister, Joyce, Halifax; 4 grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by brother, Keith; nephew, Robert "Bobby"; niece, Charlene. Visitation will be from 3-9 p.m. Thursday in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Canso. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday from Canso United Baptist Church with Rev. Kevin Hendsbee officiating. Burial will follow in Bayview Cemetery, Half Island Cove.
