King-Taylor, Pamela Marie - 32, Canso, passed away peacefully in Eastern Memorial Hospital, Canso on Saturday, June 4, 2011 with family members by her side, after her brave and courageous battle with cancer. Born in Port Felix, Guys. Co., she was the daughter of Royal and Darlene (Arsenault) King. Pamela was a loving and devoted Mother to her daughter, Deonna. They shared lots of time together travelling on the road while Deonna was becoming a competitive figure skater. She enjoyed camping, concerts, and most of all trout fishing. Pamela had many friends, who she loved spending time with. She was a devoted wife to her husband A.J., who was there for her, every moment of everyday while she battled with her illness. Besides her mother and father, she is survived by her husband, A.J. Taylor, daughter, Deonna King, brother, Clifford (Samantha) King, nephews, Kyle, Joel, Gilmour, nieces, Josie and Jessie. She was predeceased by her grandmother, Annie Spears. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Wednesday in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Canso. Funeral mass will be held 11 a.m. Thursday in Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church, Canso with Father Andrew Gillies officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery.
