McKEOUGH, William Joseph – 79, Three Mile Lake, Guysborough Co., passed away on Monday, October 21, 2013, in Eastern Memorial Hospital, Canso. Born in Linwood, Antigonish Co., he was a son of the late Anthony and Mary Lucy (Carey) McKeough. Bill was a retired truck driver, and member of Star of the Sea Parish, Canso. Surviving are his wife, Bridget (Murphy), daughters, Mary Alice Taylor, Canso; Bernadette (Nelson) Harnish, Fox Island; Geraldine (Roger-deceased) Bouchie, Stellarton; Lana (Kevin) Gibson, Barrie, Ont; Valerie (Terry) MacMillian, Pomquet; son, Kevin (Susan) McKeough, Fox Island; sister, Emily (Lawrence) Dort, Canso; 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by brother, James and sisters, Alice and Irene. There will be no visitation or funeral service by request. Burial at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Star of the Sea Building Fund, Canso.
