GRADY, Wayne Joseph - 49, Mulgrave, died Thursday, February 26, 2004, in St. Martha's Regional Hospital, Antigonish. Born in Steep Creek, Guysborough Co., he was a son of Nancy (Carrigan) Grady, Truro, and the late James A. Grady. He was a locomotive engineer employed with Cape Breton and Central Nova Scotia Railway. He was a member of St. Lawrence Parish, Mulgrave.
Surviving are his wife, the former Joanie Collins; daughters, Marla, Hollie, both at home; sisters, Sheila (Ross) Hadley, Hadleyville; Theresa (Jim) Holloran, Pirate Harbour; brother, Gerard (Louessa), Truro; several nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation by request. Funeral mass will be held 2 p.m. Sunday in St. Lawrence Roman Catholic Church, Father Bill Crispo officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery at a later date. No flowers by request. Memorial donations to Mulgrave and Area Resting Place.
