GREENCORN, Eviva Loretta, - 61, Manassette Lake; Guysborough Co. passed away Sunday, August 21, 2011, in Guysborough Memorial Hospital. Born in Manassette Lake, she was a daughter of the late Charles Thomas and Dorothy Ann (Carter) Greencorn. Eviva was a wonderful mother and grandmother. Surviving are her children, Kelly (Charmaine), Sydney Forks; Donna (Wayne) Sangster, Guysborough; Robert (Erin), Sackville; Sharlene (Maurice) England, St. Francis Harbour; sisters, Ann Newell, New Glasgow; Annabelle (Arthur) England, Elizabeth (Michael) Spears, Bernice Greencorn, all of Manassette Lake; brothers, Carmen (Patsy), Guysborough Intervale; Freddie (Carol), Antigonish; David (Dianne), Manassette Lake; grandchildren, Cameron, Ryan, Hunter, Lakin, Colby and Kylie, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Eva England, brother-in-law, Douglas Newell. Visitation will be held 2-9 p.m. Wednesday August 24, in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Guysborough. Funeral service will be 3 p.m. Thursday August 25, from St. James Anglican Church, Middle Melford, with Rev. Dennis Hayward officiating. Burial will be in Holy Trinity Anglican Cemetery, Hadleyville. Memorial donations may be made to Holy Trinity Cemetery Fund, or to Guysborough Memorial Hospital.
