GOOGOO, Charles Michael "Mickey" – Age 64, We’koqma’q First Nation. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend on Saturday August 29, 2020.
Born in Inverness on March 21, 1956, he was a son of Peral Googoo and the late Gabriel Abraham Googoo.
Mickey was loved by many and will be missed by all. He touched the hearts of every person he met. His laugh was contagious and his love for life was enormous. He made an impression on everyone he met and will be greatly missed and forever loved.
Mickey is survived by his mother Pearl Googoo, children; Joey, Brenda Googoo, Jolene Googoo, Shawnee Sylliboy, Candice Sylliboy, Samantha, Felicia and Heather Julien, numerous grandchildren, sister; Wanda Phillips, Deborah Googoo, Danita Googoo, Darlene Googoo and Doreen Googoo, Godchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Gabriel Abraham Googoo, wife, Barbara Googoo, daughter, Mellissa Dawn Googoo and his little angel granddaughter Sophia Knight Phillips.
