O'Rafferty, Anne Phyllis- 86 of St. Peters died Friday, April 23, 2004 in St. Martha's Regional Hospital, Antigonish. Born in Dublin, Ireland, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Roantree. She was a member of St. Peters Parish. A valued member of her community and a greatly appreciated committee member, she served in various offices with the St. Peters Lioness Club, and on the board of the Port Hawkesbury Food Bank. She is survived by her husband Dr. Emmet; daughters Clodagh, Vancouver; Ailish, Halifax; sons Fergus ( Anne ), Dublin; Emmet, Ireland and South Africa; Fiacre, Barcelona, Spain; son- in- law John Swain and granddaughter Sinead, Dartmouth; sister Lil Jenkinson, Dublin; brother Seamus ( Ann ) Kerry, Ireland. She was predeceased by daughter Siobhan. Visitation was held Saturday 2-4 pm, 7-9 pm and Sunday 2-6 pm in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, St. Peters Funeral mass will be held 11am today in St. Peters Roman Catholic Church, Father Duncan MacIsaac officiating, with burial in the parish cemetery.
