FRASER, Florence Lorraine - 93, Mulgrave, passed away Saturday, November 27, 2004, in Port Hawkesbury Nursing Home. Born in Milford Haven Bridge, Guysborough Co., she was a daughter of the late Francis and Annie Helena (Cunningham) Connolly. She was a homemaker, as well as a member of St. Lawrence Parish, Mulgrave, and the CWL. She was also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary, Royal Canadian Legion, Cambrai, Branch 37, Mulgrave, the Ladies Auxiliary of Mulgrave Volunteer Fire Department, and a charter member of the Evergreen Senior Citizens Club, Port Hawkesbury. She is survived by daughters, Genevieve (Gerald) Malcolm, Dartmouth; Margaret (Almon Sr.) Chisholm, Port Hawkesbury; Petra (Sonny) Power, Mulgrave; sons, Jack (Dolly), Dartmouth; Xavier 'Frank', Canso; Bob (Patricia), Mulgrave; sister, Marg Melvin, Spryfield; brother, Edward (Shirley), Halifax; 22 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by husband, Vincent; daughters, Catherine, in infancy and Rita Forrestall; brothers, Patrick, John, Louis, Charles, Robert, Frank; sister, Irene Fenden.
Visitation was held Sunday in Mulgrave and Area Resting Place. Funeral mass will be held 11 a.m. today in St. Lawrence Roman Catholic Church, with Father Peter MacLeod officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery. Donations in memory of Florence may be made to the Mulgrave and Area Resting Place or St. Lawrence Church.
