EHLER, Angus Robert - 67, Port Hawkesbury, died suddenly on Wednesday, April 26, 2006, in Strait Richmond Hospital, Evanston. Born in Peas Brook, Guysborough Co., he was a son of the late Fred and Marion (Ehler) Ehler. Angus spent his entire career in life insurance and automobile industries, and was a member of St. James' Anglican Church, Halfway Cove. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Eileen (Munroe); daughters, Sharon Ehler, Toronto; Angela (Bruce) Fitzner, Dartmouth; granddaughters, Julia and Stephanie; brothers, Gerald (Sandra), Hazel Hill; Kenneth (Eileen), Peas Brook. He was predeceased by brother, Basil. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Sunday in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Port Hawkesbury. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday in St. James' Anglican Church, Rev. Tory Byrne officiating. Burial in the church cemetery.
