RHYNOLD, Seward Theodore – 66, Little Dover, Guysborough Co. passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2012, in Eastern Memorial Hospital, Canso. Born in Philips Harbour, Guysborough Co. he was a son of the late Vincent and Martha (Rhynold) Rhynold.
Seward was a fisherman for many years. He was a member of the Canso Trawlerman’s Co-op. He loved hunting and trouting and spending time with his family. He was a member of St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, Little Dover.
Surviving are his wife, Verna (Harnish) Rhynold; sons, Jerome J. Boudreau (Michelle), grandchildren, Ashley and Christopher, Toronto Ont; Jodi (Cari) Rhynold, grandchildren, Jordan and Evan, Dartmouth; Shane Rhynold (Susan Cole), Mt. Uniacke; brother, David (Marie), Halfway Cove; 3 great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Douglas.
Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9p.m. Sunday, in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Canso. Funeral Mass will be 11a.m. Monday, from St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, Little Dover, with Father Sid Mifflin officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers.
