RHYNOLD, John Harold – 77, of Milford Haven Home for Special Care and formerly of Whitehead, Guysborough Co. passed away on Monday July 2, 2012 in the home. Born in Whitehead on August 14, 1934, he was a son of the late Norman and Mary (Rhynold) Rhynold. John was a retired fish plant worker. He enjoyed playing cards, telling stories, hunting and eating lobster. Surviving are his daughters, Rosa Lee, Cambridge, Ont; Terry (Jim Green), Stoney Creek, Ont; son, John (Joanna Linardis), Guthrie Ont; brother, Angus Rhynold, Isaac’s Harbour Nursing Home; grandchildren, Samantha, Andrew, Katie and April. He was predeceased by brothers, Havelock, Fred, Herman, Dave and Edward; sisters, Lydia and Stella. Visitation will be held from 12-2pm Friday in the Whitehead Community Centre, from where a service of remembrance will be held at 2pm with Rev. Darroch Fagan officiating. Family flowers only please.
