Leopold, Michelle Ann - 48, West Bay Road, Inverness Co., Passed away suddenly at home on Saturday, October 26, 2013. Born is Needham, MA, USA she was a daughter of Olive Eileen (MacLean) Leopold and the late George Warren Leopold. Michelle was a member of the West Bay Fire Department, the Ladies Auxiliary. And was a former employee of the Port Hawkesbury Call Center. She leaves to mourn her mother, Olive, Weymouth, MA; brother, Jeffrey Warren Leopold, Weymouth, MA; uncles, Lawrence MacLean, Toronto, Ont.; Bernie MacLean, River Denys; aunt, Millie MacLean, River Denys; several cousins in the Boston area and in Nova Scotia, along with numerous friends. She was predeceased by her father, George Warren Leopold, uncle, Greg MacNeil; aunts, Theresa MacPhee, Isabel "Ibby" MacLean, Betty LeClair, Iris Grealish and fiancée, Archie Gillis. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday in the Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Port Hawkesbury. Funeral Mass will be 11 a.m. Wednesday from St. Margaret’s Roman Catholic Church, West Bay Road, with Father Barrett Clare-Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Fir Grove Cemetery.
