Dort, Karen Margaret- Guysbourgh. With great sadness we announce the passing of Karen Margaret (MacIntosh) Dort on Wednesday, August 11th, 2021 with her family was by her side.
After a brief illness Karen joined her husband, Joseph Dort.
Karen enjoyed many days at her "happy place", the cottage at the beach.
At Karen’s request no visitation or service will take place.
The family would like to thank the staff at Guysborough Memorial Hospital and St. Martha’s ICU for their care and compassion.
Donations in Karen’s memory may be made to Guysborough Memorial Hospital.
Arrangements are under the care of Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Guysborough. Words of comfort may be forwarded to the family at: www.haverstocks.com
