EMBREE, Margaret Barbara- Age 89, St. George's Channel, Richmond Co,.
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mother, on Monday, July 18th, 2016, with her family by her side. Predeceased by her husband Elliiott, she will be sadly missed by her children Sandra (Craig) and John (Caroline) as well as grandchildren Annslea, Zachary, Thomas and Malcolm and brothers, Stewart, Duncan, and Alex (Lois).
Born in Crandall Road in 1926 she lived in St, George's Channel, Cape Breton.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 29, from 3-5 p.m. in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Port Hawkesbury. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 30, from Black River United Church. Burial will follow in the MacKay Cemetery in St. George’s Channel. A reception will follow the burial in West Bay Hall. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the MacKay Cemetery in St. Georges Channel. Words of comfort may be forwarded to the family at: www.haverstocks.com
