BURRIDGE, Geneva Martha - 54, Canso, died Monday, November 21, 2005, in Eastern Memorial Hospital, Canso.

Born in Canso, she was a daughter of the late Wallace and Hazel (Munroe) Bond. She was a homemaker and a member of the Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband, Stewart A., Canso; daughter, Rosetta Burridge, Whistler, B.C.; sisters, Amanda Bond, Half Moon Bay, B.C.; Margaret Bond, Canso; Sandra (Lester) Ferguson, Phoenix, Ariz.; brothers, Ernie (Marlene) Bond, Canso; Howard (Emily) Greencorn, Truro; several nieces and nephews, and one grandnephew. She was predeceased by sister, Vadie; brothers, Jerome and Wallace.

Visitation will be 2-9 p.m. on Thursday in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Canso. Funeral mass will be 11 a.m. Friday in Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church, Canso, Rev. Daniel Boudreau officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery. Donations in memory of Geneva may be made to the charity of one's choice.
