Bona, Donna Marie - 52, Lower L’Ardoise, Richmond Co. Passed away on Monday, February 3, 2014 in Strait Richmond Hospital, Evanston. Born in Glace Bay, she was a daughter of the late Clarence Samuel Stone and Barbara Marie (Campbell) Stone, L’Ardoise. Donna was a homemaker, she enjoyed knitting and baking. She is survived by her companion, Allan Sampson; son, Curtis (Karen) Bona, Hubley, Hfx Co.; brothers, Ross Stone, Port Hawkesbury and Gordon Stone, L’Ardoise; grandchildren, Blake and Zachary. There will be no visitation. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Guardian Angels Roman Catholic Church, L’Ardoise on Friday, February 7, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Mariadoss Lourdusany officiating. A reception will follow the mass in the Community Hall. Burial in the parish cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations in memory of Donna may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
