BOUDREAU, Charles Hugh "Hughie" - age 68 years of Little Dover, Guysborough Co. It is with heavy hearts, that we the family of Charles Hugh Boudreau announce his passing on Monday, October 8, 2018 in Eastern Memorial Hospital, Canso, with his loving family by his side. Hughie was born on July 1, 1950, passing away at the age of 68. He was born in Little Dover; a son of the late Fred and Rosie (Bouchie) Boudreau. Hughie lived his entire life in Little Dover and worked in the fishing industry from the age of 15 years. Hughie was a quiet gentleman, who lived a quiet simple life, and was well loved by family and friends. Hughie is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Marg (Greencorn); brothers, Murdock, Truro; Garnet, Seaside Manor, Canso; sisters, Agatha "Gay", Norma (Chris), Loretta "Estie" (Eldon) and Carol Ann Snow, all of Dover; Marilyn (Jim), Canso and many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers, Jerome "Jip" and Frederick "Ted", Laurier; sister, Beatrice Hynes; brothers-in-law, Albert Boudreau, Albert Snow, Gary Snow, and Melvin Dixon; parents-in-law, Florence and Robert Greencorn. Visitation will be held Thursday, October 11, from 2-9 p.m. in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Canso. Funeral mass will take place at 11 a.m. Friday, October 12 in St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, Little Dover with Father Jonathan Nnajiofor officiating. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery. Memorial donations in memory of Hughie may be made to Eastern Memorial Hospital, Canso.
