MacDONALD, Mabel Louise- Age 65 of Port Hawkesbury passed away on Tuesday, October 30, 2018, in the Inverary Manor, Inverness. Born in Antigonish she was a daughter of the late Dougald J. and Mary Ann (MacDougall) MacDonald. She was a member of St. Joseph Parish, Port Hawkesbury. Surviving are her sisters, Ellen Anne MacEachern, Pictou; Catherine Theresa (Don) MacDougall, Ottawa; brothers, John (Sheila), Port Hawkesbury; Angus, Antigonish; Father Dan, Inverness. She was predeceased by infant sister, Mary Monica; sister-in-law, Sheila MacLellan. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, 724 Granville St. Port Hawkesbury. Funeral mass will be 10 a.m. Monday from St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Port Hawkesbury with Father Andrew Gillies officiating. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
