My condolences to the Magdy family. My Mom and Dad were friends with Wally and Kay, when they were in Georgetown and then when they moved to Hay Cove, NS to operate Kay's Variety, our family made our summer vacation to include visiting them at the store. My Dad (Jack - died 2005) was always talking about Wally & Kay.

On behalf of myself and my siblings, I send our most heartfelt sympathies. Aunt Agnes has kept me up to date with news of your family. I talked to your mom and dad years ago at Christmas one time. When they operated the M & M taxi, I came one summer to babysit and help out. I was in my early teens but now 70. We addressed your parents as Aunt and Uncle. Both were loving and caring people. I'm so glad I had them in my life and will always ha e them in my heart. 7u

Terry, Scott, Marcie and families. We were saddened to hear that Wally has passed. I have so many great memories of him. He was so helpful when we were playing softball and hockey and always had a positive outlook. In the store he loved to carry on conversations and it didn't matter what the topic was.
