Matheson, Mary Edwina – Age 91 of Aberdeen, Inverness Co. Passed peacefully away on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 in the Inverness Consolidated Memorial Hospital. Born on January 24, 1929 in Tignish, PEI she was a daughter of the late Edmund Emmett and Mary Caroline (Kenny) Christopher. Mary Edwina was a stay at home Mom. Mary is survived by her daughter, Jean (Calvin) Munro; sons, James (Cathy) and Donnie; sisters, Teresa (Tom), Connie (Louis), Helen (Leo); brothers, Michael (Alice), James; grandchildren, Jennifer (Yon), Heather (Ian), Kaitlyn (Tom), James (Andrew) and Blair and great–grandchildren, Cameron and Leila. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Cameron; sister, Freda; brothers, Wilbert, Robert, Walter and Edward. A graveside service will take place in Little Narrows Presbyterian Cemetery at a later date in the Spring of 2020.
