Dear Jennifer, Jason, Rae, Linda, Darlene, Wayne, Melvin, Kevin and families... Please accept our most sincere condolences on the passing of Calvin and know that our heartfelt thoughts are with everyone at this sad and difficult time. Calvin dropped in to see us about a year ago and we enjoyed a couple of hours of reminiscing. It was years since we seen each other and it was so nice to get caught up on the MacInnis family. Little did we know that a year later Calvin would become ill and pass away. We know Malcolm, Cecil and Angus will take special care of Calvin. Calvin had the most contagious smile and laughter and always a pleasure to meet. A kind and loving "Gentle Man" who will be dearly missed by family and friends. To Calvin's Family: Sincerest condolences on Calvin's passing. I first got to know Calvin when he was one of my students at CRVS, Port Hawkesbury. We became friends and his sense of humour jived with my own, and we remained good friends since that time. I always thought a lot of Calvin and I know he was also a great community-oriented person. I am so sorry to hear of Calvin's passing. He was a great friend to not only us but also my mom. He would pop in to see her weekly and would bring treats for all the ladies and gents he was visiting. They will all miss him as we in the community will also. We all grew up together in our little community of Little Narrows, and though we have spread out far and near , it still brings us back home when we lose one of our own. Take care to you all. Carol

Calvin was one of a kind and he made such a difference in the lives of so many. He looked after our summer home for more than 20 years. I shall miss our conversations, his smile, his positive attitude and most of all his contagious laugh. Gone but he will never be forgotten.
