LeBlanc, Joseph Douglas - Long Point, Inverness Co., age 56. It is with heavy hearts and much love that we mourn the sudden passing of Joseph Douglas LeBlanc on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at home.
Joseph was the beloved son of the late Numan and Florence (Wills) LeBlanc. Beloved brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to many. Joseph was a Red Seal Carpenter and was always willing to lend a helping hand whenever he could. He was a gentle and caring soul who loved his family especially his many nieces and nephews and his little dog Roxy. With a light hearted nature and a quick wit he endeared himself to many.
Left to mourn his loss are his sisters, Sandra Sutherland (Peter), Patsy Gillis (Joey), Darlene MacDonald, Nancy LeBlanc, Michele MacMillan (Andrew), Mary LeBlanc (Mason MacLean), Lisa LeBlanc (Robert Thorne), Charlene Warren (Mike); sister-in-law, Heather Drysdale; brothers, Christopher LeBlanc, Lawrence LeBlanc; chosen brother and best friend Jim MacDonald. Besides his parents, Joseph was predeceased by his brother, Raymond LeBlanc; brother-in-law, Brian MacDonald.
If desired memorial donations may be made to Kidney Foundation of Nova Scotia, The Lodge that Gives, Halifax or the SPCA.
