Carter, Peter Bartholomew "Bert" Age 75 - St. Peter’s, Richmond Co. Passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 in Richmond Villa, St. Peter’s with family by his side. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Bert is survived by his sisters and brothers, Bertha, Melinda, Lin, Elaine, Eileen, Clifford, Doreen, Virginia, Elizabeth and Philip; many cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother, Beatrice. Much appreciation needs to be expressed to Bertha for having provided a comfortable and loving home for 10 years before his residency at Richmond Villa.
