I have such fond memories of Dolena helping my parents (Kathryn and Eddie Poole) when my father was unwell. She always made them laugh and worked hard to make them both as comfortable as possible.

To All of Dolena's family, such a sad time! Dolena sounded like a lovely woman. I always loved the story of someone talking to Jimmy in the truck, and she'd put up her hand to get into the conversation. I thought that was a great idea and every so often I do it myself and think of her. Her death will leave a huge gap in your lives, we are sure. Take care and I hope you are all sharing good memories with your time together. She would have liked that!

My most sincere condolences to all of Dolena's Family- Dolena was such a special, sparkling Lady, always with a smile that brightened even a cold stormy day! I have many fond memories of Dolena with 'the girls' together at Historical Society meetings/functions and always at the wonderful strawberry 'suppers/teas' - at the Masonic Hall.
