Bruce continued to grow his career with the company and stayed on through many changes. Ending as MFSO/Lab Supervisor at Port Hawkesbury Paper. Bruce took great pride in his job and had many colleagues he respected greatly.
Bruce was a devoted father, who loved his children dearly. They never doubted the pride he felt for them, or the love he had. Bruce welcomed in everyone, with open arms and there were many nights, where the house was full of his kids’ friends. if you were on his team – he made sure you knew it. Bruce would do anything to help his kids, a friend or a neighbour. A storyteller at heart, many memories of Bruce include a Budweiser in hand and a story rolling off the tongue. Bruce never turned down a chance to bust a move (preferably to Rock & roll). Bruce loved to make people laugh, with many impressions and funny faces – he always managed to get a smile out of his children, even into their adult years. Bruce was a big fan of the Minnesota Vikings & ensured he never missed a game. Bruce also enjoyed watching the Detroit Redwings, and recently – the Edmonton Oilers.
He was loved by all & will be missed by many. Until we meet again Dad.
