George Henry Ash - Age 79. Born November 10, 1946, of Lincolnville, Guysborough Co.

With sadness in our hearts, we the family would like to announce the passing of our beloved brother George Henry Ash. George passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, January 22, 2026. George worked as engineer for Irving, and a concrete worker out west for years. Returned home to help take care of his mom.

He is survived by brothers and sisters, Sophie (Fred), Robert (Lorraine), Doug (Cathy), Timmy (Gloria), Rhoda (James), Valarie (Clair), Phillip (Carol Ann), Hilda, Mary, James (Doreen), Steve (Tilley). His Best Bro, Robert Lawrence and Allan Desmond. His Queen, Margie Morris. Grandchildren, Uncles, Aunts, Nieces, Nephews and cousins.

George is predeceased by his father, George Joseph Ash, mother, Annie Mae Ash and sister, Theressa Elizabeth Ash.

And thank you to Robert and Debbie, his sister, Rhoda, and grandson, Jamie for being with George everyday so that George could have his wish of passing at home. Also, Thanks to Allison (palliative care nurse) and the Palliative Care Team for the wonderful care. Jokie you will always be in our hearts and greatly missed Love you.
