SNOW, Gladys Ina – Age 78, Fox Island, Guysborough Co., passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 1, 2025, in the Eastern Memorial Hospital, Canso. Born in Toronto she was the daughter of the late Cyril and Phyllis (Carey) Blakeman.

Surviving are her sons, Dwaine Snow (Linda), Florida; Ken Snow (Melissa), Fox Island; Mark Snow (Denise), Halifax; daughter, Nancy Johnson, Ontario; step son, Joe, Ottawa; grandchildren, Alyssa, Stephen, Josh, Jayden, Natalie, Drew, Kimmie; brother, David (Sandra) Forewell, Ontario; sister, Mary-Ann Shaw (Michael), Ontario.

She was predeceased by her husband, Robert; brothers, Joe, Gerry; sisters, Edna, Doris, Ellen-Mary, Margie and Doreen.

In keeping with Gladys’ wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date. Family flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to Eastern Memorial Hospital, Canso, Guysborough Memorial Hospital or to St. Martha’s Regional Hospital, Antigonish.
