Sending heartfelt condolences to the Clyke-Desmond Family.
I have known Ms Lally most of my life, seeing her at my Grandfather's house, or visiting hers where she always had her house smelling of those delicious baked goods.
She would tell me if I'm too skinny, of if I put on too much weight!
I was glad I got to see you for your 85th Birthday party.

I remember when Tracey MacKinnon and I first started going to her place on weekends and the amount of food that was made for everyone, was great. When it came time to hang out laundry she made sure we all got to it. Lil made sure no one went hungry but you made sure not to tick her off. RIP

Yo my loving extended family of Tracadie, I extend my deepest condolences in the death, the passing, the going up yonder of their Mom, their Grandmom.
To me, and many others she was affectionately called Aunt Lil. I recall many good memories of visiting with our Dad, Mom, Grandmother
Then I lived with Aunt MM smile (taught school there) and really spent time in my Desmond family home, and Aunt Hattie’s kitchen. Yeah, what times!
The obituary you’ve written speaks to your Mom’s life so well. I recall her always at church functions- Ladies Auxiliary and working in the hall kitchen C and her hearty laugh.
So many wonderful memories.
Her memories and love of family will continue to live on in each of you, I know.
I wish that I could attend the service on Saturday but I already have a commitment.
My love and prayers of comfort are with you
Take special care
Melinda Daye
