Taylor, Doreen Mary … 67, Guysborough, died Friday June 22, 2007 in St. Martha’s Regional Hospital, Antigonish. Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Florence (Nightingale) Drysdale. She is survived by husband Earl William Taylor; daughters, Beatrice Pelley, Halifax; Darlene Vaux, Halifax; Christina (Kevin) Vaux, Roachvale; sons, Ronald (Rita) Vaux, Canso; James (Alice) Vaux, Guysborough; Stephen (Donna) Vaux, Halifax; Tony (Emma) Vaux, Guysborough; Wayne (Danielle) Taylor, Halifax; 15 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by infant granddaughter Desireé Vaux. Visitation will held Monday from 7-9 pm. and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Guysborough. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Wesley United Church, Guysborough, with Rev. David Wheeler officiating. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Guysborough. Family flowers only, please. Memorial donations may be made to MREE International or Canadian Cancer Society.
