Lawrence Joseph “Larry” Haines - 53, of London, Ontario, formerly of Little Dover, Guysborough County, passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2009 in London. Born in Little Dover, he was a son of the late Isaac and Elvina Haines. He is survived by three sisters, Marjorie (Bruce) Morgan, Moncton; Bertha Munroe, Little Dover; Celene Rhynold (Arnold), Queensport, Guysborough County; two brothers, Frank (Marilyn), Little Dover; Clayton, Canso; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Irene Bouchie; four brothers, Phillip, Emmett, Maurice and Harvey. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held from 2-9 p.m. Sunday, November 15, 2009 in St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, Little Dover, where the funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 16, 2009, Father Daniel Boudreau officiating. Burial will take place in the Parish Cemetery. Donations in memory may be made to the charity of your choice. Inquiries may be directed to the Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Canso or the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
