MORRISON (Grant), Vivian — Marble Mountain and Oshawa, Ont., passed away on, Thursday, December 10, 2009, in Oshawa, Ont., at the age of 76 years. Vivian was born in Sydney, and was brought up at the home of Margaret and Dan Morrison of Marble Mountain. She is survived by an adoptive sister, Catherine Morrison Davidson, Truro. She was predeceased by a foster brother, Joe MacLellan, who was brought up at the same home. After spending some years at various places in Nova Scotia, Bass River, Truro, Sydney and Halifax, Vivian moved to Oshawa where she made new friends and found employment. Vivian was an animal lover deeply devoted to her pets and loved the outdoors. She was buried in Oshawa, Ont. The funeral was conducted by United Church Minister, Rev. Keith Pike.
