Hunt-Gauthier, Vivian (Ryan) - 57, Wetaskiwin, Alberta, formerly of Bathurst, N.B. and Port Hawkesbury. It is with sadness and regret that we announce Viv’s passing on Friday, February 12, 2010 in Wetaskiwin, Alberta after a hard fought battle with cancer. Viv is survived by her husband, Omer (who was with her every step of the way), sons, Derek (Diane) Hunt, Tim (Patti) Hunt and daughter, Christy (Nick) Hunt all of Alberta, brother, Matthew (Barbara) Ryan and sister, Eileen (George) Murray; 10 grandchildren and extended family. Viv was predeceased by her parents, Dan R. and Edna (Hendsbee) Ryan. Burial of ashes will take place Sunday, July 11 at 11:15 a.m. in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Port Hawkesbury with Fr. Andrew Boyd officiating. A reception will follow in St. Joseph’s Church basement. All are welcome to attend. Words of comfort may be forwarded to the family at: www.haverstocks.com
