FEE, Joseph Andrew "Joey" - 63, of Churchview, Inverness Co., died Saturday, October 25, 2008, in Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney. Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late Joseph and Nellie (MacLean) Fee. Joey was a 22 year employee of the Department of Natural Resources, Whycocomagh Provincial Park. He worked part time with Morrison's Autobody, Blues Mills. He was an adherent of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Whycocomagh, member of the NSGU and an active member of Vi's Coffee Club. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Sadie (Blue); sisters, Florence (Bennett) Keeling, Whycocomagh; Julia Smith, Sudbury, Ont.; brother, Colin (Helen), Whycocomagh; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by niece, Colleen Fee. Visitation will be 2-9 p.m. Wednesday in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Whycocomagh. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday from St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Rev. Adam Lees and Rev. Anna Smith officiating. Burial in Stewartdale Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Memorial donations may be made to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Whycocomagh Volunteer Fire Department or a charity of your choice.
