Toole, Howard Stanley - Age 57 of Hadleyville, Guysborough Co. Passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, February 6, 2022 after a 7-month battle with cancer. He was the "number one son" of the late Hubert and Edna (Hadley) Toole. Dearly missed by his wife, Heather (Haynes) Toole; son, Ryan and his children, Natalie, Braun, Rachel, Gavin; daughter, Robyn (Denzel Jordan) and their children, Rylee, Andre; brother, Jonathan (Charmaine) Toole; sisters, Heather Hadley, Debra (Tim) Martin, Susan (Brian) Gibb; mother -in-law, Eileen (Farrell) Haynes; sister-in-law, Kim (Paul) Hadley; also a large extended family. His faithful furry friend, Macy and his felines, Pedro, Obie, Fig and Lilly. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his father-in-law, Jim Haynes; sister-in-law, Shelley Haynes and brother-in-law, John Meagher. Howard worked in the forest industry and was an avid outdoorsman, who lived to hunt and fish. He enjoyed time with family and friends at his camp the "Hardly Home". Cremation has taken place, due to COVID-19 restrictions a service will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at Guysborough Memorial Hospital; Nurse Practitioner, Will Bland; also, Palliative Care and Continuing Care for the excellent care that was shown to Howard during his illness.
